Three friends with a passion for barbecue who worked in separate sectors in 2013 confronted a shared frustration that led to the founding of Monument Grills: why was it so difficult to locate a high-quality grill at a reasonable price? They came from happy homes with devoted spouses and proud children; one even had two cute pets. Continuing their fathers’ BBQ tradition, they treasured Friday night family dinners and weekend camping excursions. But after tossing out three subpar grills in four years, they were determined to come up with a better one.
